European Union buyers, PLEASE NOTE: From July 1, 2021, the EU  any order over 20 euro will require taxes to be charged and paid upon import on the receiving end.

  • We offer Standard shipping services for international orders.
  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-7 business days after the order is placed.
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Saturday.
  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
  • All prices listed on our shop are quoted in USD. 
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
  • International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

Yes! Our available shipping methods is Russian Post.

Our international Shipping Policies are the following:
- The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges which are determined by your local government and can vary by country.
- We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sales price of the item(s) purchased.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

We will post your order by Russian Post. The delivery time from the moment of sending is normally about 15 to 30 working days in USA and 20-45 working days in Europe. The delivery time in everywhere else are 30-90 days.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF RECEIVING DAMAGED ITEMS?

We always wrapp our works adequately to avoid damage to the items. In the unfortunate event of damage to your purchase please contact us immediately to remedy this situation. Please send us photos of the damage and a description of what is wrong and do not dispose of item and packaging at kastdecorshop@gmail.com. We will get back to you immediately to solve things.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

We will email you the tracking number of the parcel. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
